This one to two-day program is for designers and facilitators of who are interested in adding interactivity and innovation to their existing or future program design or methods of facilitation.

Unchain Your Brain Series
This series of workshops will provide your trainers with knowledge and tools to unleash innovation in your organization. We deliver tested knowledge, tools and experiences to spark your learners' performance and commitment to answering the following questions:

Project-We-Learn
Innovative Facilitation provides you with a framework to organize your training department. We help you outline competencies, performance expectations and career paths for training professionals in your organization, whether you have an experienced training team or are developing a training department.
There are two components to Project-We-Learn:

Mapping consists of outlining the competencies required of training professionals based on the training cycle – needs assessment, project management, design, facilitation, and evaluation. Innovative Facilitation identifies which competencies are required for each training position or level of position.

Mapping also establishes the structure of the department, the foundation for career progression, as well as assists training managers in developing their performance management and succession planning processes.

Assessment involves watching your trainers perform. Innovative Facilitation will observe and provide feedback on trainers’ strengths, and ideas for their development.
