Michele Party is a seasoned leadership and training development specialist with over 18 years experience in the private sector. Michele is driven by her passion to bring out the full potential of individuals and teams. Her focus is on leadership and training practices that cultivate an enduring and positive culture within growing entrepreneurial organizations.
Michele has designed leadership, sales and client operations training that contributed to bottom-line results and that has fostered cultures of innovation and intentional leadership in both large national corporations and entrepreneurial start-ups. She has created and managed learning centres for Bell Mobility, Clearnet and TELUS Mobility, designed and launched national sales skills for Pitney Bowes and Clearnet, developed leadership programs and directed national teams of training professionals for TELUS Mobility, and chaired the Board of the North American Simulation and Gaming Association.
Since founding Innovative Facilitation in 2002, Michele has secured contracts to develop and facilitate leadership and new employee programs for the hospitality industry, provided strategic planning consultation for Brookstreet and KRP Development Group, created train-the-trainer programs for TELUS Mobility and designed and delivered leadership training for BC Lottery Corporation, Ipsos North America and TELUS.
Michele’s Masters of Administration from Ottawa University, B.A. in psychology and B.P.H.E. from Queens University, combined with over eighteen years of sales, training management, senior leadership and consulting experience provide her with the necessary business and people perspective on how to create and deliver training that engages learners’ hearts and minds.
